Season 1:

The first topic of Seasoned Discourse reflects on life post-University.  When in sixth form and college, the pressure is on to reach your goals, identify a course that will help form your future career, alongside finding the “perfect” university. Life is stressful, busy, and roughly planned out. So, what happens when it’s all done? You’re out of education, perhaps for the first time, and thrown into what our parents, teachers, and tutors would call “the real world”. University blues, debt, gap years, new jobs, and anxiety are just a few of the key words students have shared in relation to life post-degree. In this season I’ve sat down with some alumnus about their experiences within and outside of the University.
